The Farmland
The mixed arable and grassland farm is principally Grade 3 and lies in a ring fence on the 90 metre contour where the fields are gently undulating in front of the Manor House, to 170 metres where the pasture and woodland rise onto Dixton Hill. All the land is farmed in-hand. A range of modern buildings forming the Estate Yard stands alongside Dixton Lane and includes Grain Store, Workshop and Machinery Store.

Oak grows in two woodlands to the south of Dixton Manor bordering the Tirle Brook, known as the Dingle, and on three sides of Dixton Hill where a small block of Norway Spruce and some Larch stand in well maintained compartments. Shooting rights will be in-hand from 2nd February 2007.
